Is SIP unstoppable?

The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is certainly on the rise these days. GigaOm has a great article today examining its progress towards becoming the dominant standard of real-time communication.

Emerging Communication Conference

The website for the “EComm” conference is now live here. Looks like lots of great sessions (including yours truly). EComm was created when O’Reilly abruptly canceled  the Emerging Telephony conference. Hopefully, it will be able to capture and build upon the enthusiasm of its predecessor. Foncloud might destealthify at EComm.
