Randall,

Your call history, recordings and personal information are governed by our strict privacy policy. See www.fonolo.com/privacy. Monetizing that information is NOT part of our business plan.

We make money charging companies to add Fonolo functionality to their own web or mobile interfaces. The cost is based on the minutes of calls we route to them through Fonolo. The upside for them is 1) happier customers and 2) lower call center costs. More info at: www.fonolo.com/business.

The corporate side integration sounds like it will allow the market penetration you know us out there. First make it easy to use then make it easy to offer. It's a killer strategy. So, what portions of my call history are you selling back to your companies? Ie where's the money line in all this?
